Joining instructions (below) together with a windscreen pass for the Sunday Parade have been emailed out to all those who have bough tickets up to 15:00 on Wednesday. They will be emailed to new ticket purchases as we receive the ticket order. If you have not received the email of joining instructions please contact us.
The Sunday parade starts from Bridlington Park and Ride.
Approach the Park and Ride via the sign-posted route from the roundabout on Kingsgate (the A1038, Bridlington to Hull road). The nearest postcode is YO15 3QN. Drive through the Park and Ride and report to our officials at the Eastern end of the Park and Ride from 08:45.
Cars will be started on the parade in batches with the first batch leaving at 09:45.
Because numbers are lower than we expected, all vehicles (parade and non-parade vehicles) will be on the grass at the rear of Sewerby Hall.
The Parade route will take you to the normal exit gate for Sewerby Hall and Gardens (off Church Lane, post code YO15 1DZ). Approach from Marton Gate turning right on to Church Lane, post code YO15 1DT).
Please print the attached pass (black and white printing is fine) and display it in your windscreen and have your ticket ready for inspection. If you have additional passengers you either need to buy a day pass for them in advance from the Sewerby Hall web-site or pay at the ticket booth on your way into the venue.
The speed limit within Sewerby Hall and Gardens is 10 mph.
Vehicle movements are to be kept to a minimum within the grounds of Sewerby Hall and Gardens – once you are parked, we expect you to stay there until you are ready to leave – this is a static car show.
LL Photography (http://www.ll-photography.co.uk/) will be on-site until 11:00 to take photographs of cars arriving.
Our insurance for the event is provided by Motorsport UK and we need you to sign a Motorsport UK signing-on sheet.
